Media Disinformation

Such was the barrage of propaganda directed at the US public that 69% believed Saddam Hussein was “personally involved” in the 9/11 attacks. A significant achievement in manipulation. The Times was not alone in selling the Iraq war to the American people: TV networks from Fox to CBS and CNN were overwhelmingly pro-war.
These stories are not unique cases from a remote war. The same methods are constantly rinsed and repeated, the mentality in our ruling elites is the same, and the risk of a major conflict is as great today as in 1914.

While the independent and alternative media are accused of publishing "fake news", the routine publication of "fake news" by the corporate media is invariably overlooked. The evidence amply confirms that the corporate media is involved in the publication of "fake images" and "fake video footage" with a view to misleading public opinion.
