The region between the Mediterranean Sea and the River Jordan where 7 million, mainly immigrant European Jews, including two million Russians, whose families were given a national identity by courtesy of an American-led United Nations, in 1947, now face 7 million Palestinian Arabs, kept for 75 years without any national identity as a deliberate policy of racial superiority and ethnic cleansing by an extremist, Right-wing Likud government of a violent, illegal occupier that is, inexplicably, supported by both the US and the UK with billions of dollars of arms and aid each year.

That money and those arms are used to supply guns, guided missiles, F-16 / F-35 US strike aircraft, helicopter gunships, nuclear-armed German-built, Dolphin-class submarines, ICMBs, SLBMs, artillery, ammunition, cluster bombs, bunker busting bombs, electronic defence and espionage systems, all of which have built the tiny Israeli state into the most heavily-armed, nuclear-weaponised power, on a per capita basis, in the world. That state is now under the control of a government run by a Prime Minister currently on trial charged with corruption.

That same government and Prime Minister have, in the past weeks, ordered their military to commit the mass murder of over 14,000 civilians in Gaza, mainly unarmed women and children, in revenge for a terrorist attack committed by Hamas on 7th October against Israeli kibbutzim in southern Israel in which over 1200 Israelis were killed and 200 hostages taken.

In a blatant violation of international law, the Israeli state has in the past days, killed thousands of innocent men, women and children, in an extraordinary, criminal, revenge atrocity against an unarmed civilian population, that has been under a blockade of essential goods, medicines and electricity for now 16 years.

Those killed in this mass murder were indigenous Muslim Arabs (as well as Christians), living in Gaza, in their traditional homeland of Palestine. They comprised the majority demographic of Palestine for well over a millennium, until 1948 when their land was forcibly partitioned by an American dominated, then newly constituted, United Nations, in New York.
