In the course of the last week, the World has witnessed the terrorist attacks in Mumbai, resulting in the death of more than 150 people. The implications of this dramatic event are farreaching. Moreover, the Mumbai attacks serve to create political divisions between India and Pakistan.
Meanwhile financial markets have continued to tumble.
