Military Briefings from Donbass-Lugansk: Heavy Losses of Ukraine Armed Forces

Global Research Editor’s Note

The following report from Eastern Ukraine -based on Ukraine Ministry of Internal Affairs figures– suggests heavy losses by the Ukraine Armed Forces in Donbass and Lugansk as well significant civilian casualties.

Our understanding is that this is a “leaked” report. It is not confirmed by the MIA. The figures do not correspond to the situation 0n the ground.

While the reliability of these figures cannot be established, they nonetheless point to the failure of the Kiev led military operation, confirming earlier reports to the effect that government forces have been repealed.
