About this week’s guests:

F. William Engdahl is a leading researcher, economist and analyst of the New World Order. He’s written extensively about energy, politics, economics and more for over 30 years, and is a distinguished Research Associate of the Centre for Research on Globalization.

He’s also written two must-read books: “A Century of War” on oil and geopolitics and his newest titled “Seeds of Destruction” on how agribusiness giants plan world domination by patenting all life forms to force-feed GMO foods on everyone. Engdahl has a new book to be released in 2009: “Power of Money – The Rise and Decline of the American Century.”

He’s also written extensively on the current economic crisis. That topic will be discussed on the program.

Garda Ghista is the Founding Director of the World Prout Assembly (WPA) and editor of its web site. She’s also a freelance journalist and author of the forthcoming book: “The Gujarat Genocide: A Case Study in Fundamentalist Cleansing.”

WPA stands for “PROgressive UTilization Theory. It means the progressive utilization and rational distribution of all the earth’s natural resources.” It advocates for a new era – socially, economically, politically, culturally, psychically and spiritually.

Current world and national issues will be discussed on the program, including Israel’s aggression on Gaza.

Ramzy Baroud is a veteran Palestinian-American journalist and former Al-Jazeera producer.  He’s also the founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Palestine Chronicle, a vital resource for information on Israel/Palestine, the Middle East, and much more.

Baroud has written many articles, commentaries and short stories and is the author of several books. With Palestinians calling for a Third Intifada, his latest is of greater importance: “The Second Palestinian Intifida – A Chronicle of A People’s Struggle.”

Phyllis Bennis is a noted activist, Middle East expert, and author of numerous books, reports, papers, and articles on Israel-Palestine, Iraq, Iran, the UN, and the US quest for world dominance. She’s also a fellow at the Institute for Policy Studies and the Transnational Institute where she specializes in Middle East and UN issues.

Her recent books include Ending the Iraq War: A Primer, Understanding the US-Iran Crisis: A Primer, and Understanding the Palestinian-Israeli Conflict: A Primer.

Israel’s wanton aggression on Gaza and its horrific toll will be discussed on the program.

Zeinab Mousavi is the daughter of political prisoner Seyed Mousavi – a Muslim American of Iranian decent convicted for his activism, outreach and charitable work in Southern California’s Muslim community.

She’s currently a doctoral candidate in electrical engineering at UCLA and holds degrees from California Institute of Technology and the University of Michigan. Her father’s case and current status will be discussed on the program.
