IRAQ UNDER US MILITARY OCCUPATION: Maliki Proxy Government orders Execution of former PM Tariq Aziz

Letter to UN High Commissioner for Human Rights

MOST URGENT.

Ms Navanethem Pillay, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, United Nations, Geneva.

Dear Ms Navanethem Pillay and Colleagues,

I am forwarding this self explanatory alert, as is.

Iraq has been illegally invaded, occupied and decimated. Surely the UN cannot sit by as these terrible executions – pogroms – go ahead. Death sentences for no other reason than that Mr Aziz and his colleagues were part of the legitimate, sovereign government of Iraq – a “sovereignty and territorial integrity” which was guaranteed by the UN itself, prior to the invasion.

Iraq was one of the earliest signatories to the UN Charter, fourth, when it was opened up beyond the original twenty six initial invitees.

In the name of humanity, I beg you to intervene. Silence is surely complicity in shameful, illegal, barbaric murders. Surely the UN Human Rights Commission will not stand by in silence, as a repeat of the horrendous lynching of Saddam Hussein is planned – multiply.

From the bottom of my heart, I appeal to you in the matter of extreme urgency, in the name of our common humanity. The humanity of: “We the people …”

Attached are four articles, as an over view. Most recent at top.

Thank you,

Yours sincerely,

Felicity Arbuthnot (Dr.Hon., Phil.)

BREAKING NEWS – URGENT

The Maliki occupation government acting under Iranian orders and carrying out the commands of the “Wilayet Al Faqeeh”, via Iranian Itilla’at intends to execute all of Iraq’s leaders of the beautiful era. Their only crime is that they were members of a government of a sovereign state that defended Iraq’s rights and protected its soil, its honour and its dignity.

Maliki intends to execute

Tariq Aziz

Sultan Hashim

Hussain Al Tikreeti

As well as 11 other men accused of the crimes of the events of Bloody Wednesday – the bombings of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Finance, bearing in mind that the 11 men were subjected to physical torture at a time when the judicial system ignored this fact.

These men are

Ali Abdul Sadeh Qati’i

Mustafa Mohammed Abbass

Assim Mazin Hussain

Saddam Hussain Abbass

Firas Abdullah Fathi

Ishaq Mohammed Abbass

Kailan Kamil Ali

Messar Ali Hussain or Khattab Omar

Salim Abd Jassim

Abdul Qadir Naji Hussain

Hamid Khudaier Thuwaini

It should be noted that it is intended to have them executed either tomorrow, Tuesday 14th February or within the next couple of days.

Where are all the international human rights organizations and in particular, where if the High Commission for Human Rights in Geneva, we wonder; for the Iraqi people are being degraded.

Is it possible that people of over 70 years old are being executed; they are both ill as well as old…. Their only crime is that they were part of a state that refused Iranian occupation of Iraqi soil…….

This is Iraq…. This is Iraq…. Its blood is being shed but the standard of Allahu Akbar will always fly high. Comrades, Rescue our Comrades…..

Iraq’s Falcon from Occupied Iraq with its Degraded Broken People
