Russia has worrisome facts saying Georgia hasn't already left the force agenda and still gathers force to lay military groundwork closer to the borders of South Ossetia and Abkhazia, RIA Novosti news agency reported Monday citing Deputy Foreign Minister Grigori Karasin. The diplomat added the issue will be touched upon at the Geneva talks on November 11. He said that the Russian side will strive for adoption of the legally binding non-use of force document. "It's all hampered by the unwillingness of a number of participants, and in the first line, Georgians, to recognize Abkhazia and South Ossetia as possible parties for this agreement", he said.
