He’s also an author, consultant, and president of the Institute for the Study of Long-Term Economic Trends (INSLET).

Hudson is fiercely critical of the Bush administration’s efforts to bail out Wall Street, reward the criminal elements that run it, hollow out America in the process, and hang the public out to dry.

The Obama economic “dream team” will be discussed and the likely way it will deal with the nation’s greatest ever economic crisis.

James Petras is Binghamton University, New York Professor Emeritus of Sociology. His credentials and achievements are long and impressive as a noted academic figure on the left, a well-respected Latin American expert, and longtime chronicler of the region’s popular struggles.

He’s also a prolific author of hundreds of articles and dozens of books, including his newest now out: “Zionism, Militarism and the Decline of US Power.”

The new Obama administration, recent Venezuelan regional elections, and more will be discussed on the program
