A Call to Bloggers, Writers and Online Activists

Information is free; awareness is priceless!

Dear Global Research readers,

Are you feeling disillusioned with the state of the world and the lack of understanding around you? Many of you write to us to thank us for the work we do and our fight for truth in media, yet feel helpless in the face of misinformed friends and loved ones who will only believe the highly concentrated corporate media. The good news is you are not alone. Thanks to the emergence of independent media, more and more people are aware of the manipulative role the mainstream media plays within our society, manufacturing consent for wars, acting as a mouthpiece not only for the military-industrial complex, but also for Big Pharma, Big Ag, and the political, economic and financial elite.

We cannot trust the mainstream media to explain the socio-political processes shaping our world with any real accuracy and certainly not without infusing it with their own insidious agendas. They may be more widespread because they are better funded but while they have the power of money, we have the power of many. And we have the facts on our side. We need to unite in our fight against the disinformation machine and there are many ways you can help.

If your financial situation allows it, you can make a monthly donation or become a Global Research member and get free books! If not, sending our newsletters, articles and videos to friends and colleagues only takes a minute and is a great way to spread information. We also encourage you to click the Facebook “Share” button generously and cross-post our articles if you have your own blog.

It’s clear that more people are choosing to seek out news from independent sources like Global Research, which is truly encouraging. From disillusionment comes a growing sense of wanting to understand what’s really happening, why governments and GMO giants are colluding, why leaders speak of peace while instigating war, why crimes against humanity are being passed off as “humanitarianism”.

The Internet is one of our strongest tools and we can use it broadly to support the journalists, researchers and writers who are committed to the struggle against media disinformation.

We know that there are many websites and blogs on the worldwide web that cross-post our articles. Now it’s time for you to get in on the action!

Establish your own distribution system in support of Global Research, and don’t be afraid to get creative!

Here’s how we can get the information out there: If you have your own website, consider putting Global Research in your list of recommended links. In addition, take a little time while catching up on the news to copy our articles to your blogs, websites and social media profiles so that your networks can discover them quickly and easily. Visit any free blogging site and start your own website – no technical expertise required since most come with ready-to-go templates. All that’s missing is the information!

Make access to information simple and people will respond!

It has worked for mainstream media because they have the funding to push their agendas; it works for us because we have the TRUTH. Which side would you rather be on?
